By using XpertNext services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Agreement
XpertNext provides IT, AI, software, and digital services based on agreed project scope and requirements.
2. Project Confirmation
A project will only start after 50% advance payment and final requirement approval.
3. Advance Payment
A non-refundable 50% advance is mandatory before starting any work.
4. No Refund Policy
Once the project has started, no payments will be refunded under any condition.
5. Scope of Work
Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and charged separately.
6. Revisions
Limited revisions will be provided as per package. Extra revisions will be charged.
7. Project Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation. Delays from client side will extend deadlines.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide all required data, content, and approvals on time.
9. Payment Completion
Final files, source code, and ownership will only be delivered after 100% payment clearance.
10. Project Delay or Hold
XpertNext reserves the right to pause or stop the project if payments are delayed.
11. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels after project start, no refund will be issued and completed work will be charged.
12. Liability Limitation
XpertNext is not responsible for any losses, damages, or business impact after project delivery.
13. Support Policy
Post-delivery support will be provided as per agreement. Additional support will be chargeable.
14. Policy Updates
XpertNext reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
