8. Hosting Restriction

Clients are not allowed to host or deploy XpertNext software on their own hosting without official permission.

9. Usage Rights Only

Payments made by the client are for usage/license of the software only, not for ownership or source code.

10. Source Code Policy

Source code is not included in any monthly or standard pricing plans.

11. Custom Software Requests

If a client requires full software ownership or source code, a separate quotation and agreement will be required.

Subscription & Payment Policy

12. Monthly Subscription

Clients using monthly software services must ensure timely payments to avoid service interruption.

13. Payment Delay

If payment is delayed beyond the due date, the software/service will be temporarily suspended.

14. Data Retention Policy

If payment is not made for 3 consecutive months, all client data may be permanently deleted without further notice.

15. Cancellation Policy

After cancellation of a monthly subscription, previously offered pricing will not be guaranteed.

16. Re-Subscription Pricing

If a client rejoins after cancellation, pricing will be based on current market rates, not previous plans.

17. Annual Price Adjustment

Monthly subscription prices may be revised or increased after 1 year based on updated service costs.

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests privacy.

19. Client Rights

Clients can request to update or delete their personal information anytime.
